Admission Procedure

The Application Process

As a prospective student, you can obtain application forms and program details for the course you wish to study through the College Registrar's office. You should carefully read these documents, ensuring that you fully understand and meet the set requirements, then proceed to filling in the Application Form. State clearly on the form the title of the course and the month / year when you wish to commence your studies. Write clearly and legibly using capital letters in BLACK ink. The completed Application Form must be sent with two passport-size photographs, copies of relevant certificates and the application fee. An application form sent without any of these is deemed void and will not be processed.

Offer Letter

After processing the application and if you have been successful, you will be sent a Letter of Acceptance which will stating that the College is willing to offer you a place on the course, subject to the payment of the registration and tuition fee in full or by installments, the conditions of which will be stated in the Letter. For the convenience of overseas students, the Letter will give an estimate of the cost of living expenses per year so that they can make arrangements for securing sufficient funding for the duration of their studies.

Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS)

Upon receiving the full payment of registration fees and full payment tuition fees or deposit on tuition fees and the first installment of tuition fees, depending on the payment mode that will have been agreed upon between you and the College, the College will issue a Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) to overseas students stating that a place has been reserved for them on the course and the date of commencement. Students already in the UK are issued a Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies only after the full payment of their tuition fees. The Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies may be used by overseas students who need to apply for a student visa from their relevant British Embassy or High Commission.
